Organizer responsibility

The organizer—not Prize Terminal—is responsible for operating the contest and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, tax requirements, and platform rules. The organizer must have a genuine intention and practical ability to award the described prize.

Information every listing needs

A listing must identify the organizer and authoritative source, describe the opportunity and prize accurately, provide a real deadline, and disclose material entry requirements. When applicable, the official source should state eligibility, geographic and age restrictions, judging or winner-selection method, number of winners, prize-delivery process, and any purchase, payment, wallet, token-holding, staking, or account requirements.

Material conditions may not be hidden in images, replies, private messages, or a destination reached only after entry begins.

Prohibited and restricted listings

We do not knowingly list fake prizes, deceptive entry funnels, malware, impersonation, unlawful gambling, sanctions evasion, intellectual-property infringement, or opportunities primarily designed to collect funds, credentials, wallet approvals, or personal information under false pretenses.

Crypto, financial, chance-based, wagering, age-restricted, or geographically restricted opportunities receive additional review and may be declined even when they are lawful in some locations. Prize Terminal does not determine whether an entrant is legally eligible.

Accuracy and updates

Organizers must promptly update or pause a listing if its deadline, prize, rules, eligibility, source, entry method, availability, or winner process materially changes. Editing a listing does not rewrite the organizer's official rules; the authoritative source remains controlling.

Editorial labels and community activity

“Source checked” means Prize Terminal reviewed an identified source for the displayed details. It is not an endorsement, legal review, financial review, safety certification, or guarantee of fairness or prize delivery. Saves, entry markers, boosts, and feedback are community signals and may not be bought, automated, exchanged, or manipulated.

Paid visibility

Paid placement is clearly labeled and governed by the Promotion Terms. Sponsorship does not change source-checking standards, cure an incomplete listing, or affect Community Picks. We may reject or remove paid visibility while retaining, correcting, or removing the underlying editorial listing independently.

Enforcement

Prize Terminal may request evidence, add context or warnings, correct formatting, pause distribution, reject, unpublish, archive, or remove a listing. We may preserve records needed for fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance. Repeated or serious violations may result in account restrictions.
