What Prize Terminal provides

Prize Terminal helps people discover contests, challenges, bounties, tournaments, and other prize opportunities hosted by third parties. Unless Prize Terminal is expressly identified as the organizer, RootSignal LLC does not operate the listed contest, select winners, hold prizes, guarantee payment, or control the organizer's rules.

Labels such as source checked describe our editorial review of a source and are not guarantees of legality, safety, fairness, solvency, eligibility, or prize delivery. Always review the organizer's current official rules before entering.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity performed through your account. Do not share access credentials or misuse another person's identity.

Listings, submissions, and claims

You may submit public sources or complete contest listings for review. Submission does not guarantee publication. We may edit, label, reject, unpublish, archive, or remove content to maintain accuracy, safety, and usefulness.

You represent that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the rights needed to provide any text, images, marks, or other content. You grant RootSignal LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute submitted content for operating and promoting Prize Terminal and the relevant listing.

Claiming a listing requires evidence that you are authorized to act for its organizer. A claimed listing remains subject to editorial review and the Listing Guidelines.

Participation and third-party rules

Your participation in any listed opportunity is governed by the organizer's rules and your relationship with that organizer. You are responsible for eligibility, deadlines, taxes, wallet activity, fees, disclosures, and any risks associated with entering. Disputes about entries, judging, winners, or prizes must be addressed to the organizer.

Community signals

Saves, entry markers, boosts, votes, reports, and participant feedback help organize the service. They are not professional advice, verification, or a guarantee. We may limit, remove, or disregard manipulated or abusive activity.

Paid promotion

Prize Terminal may offer fixed-term paid placement or distribution subject to available inventory. Paid placements are labeled and remain separate from community ranking signals. Payment buys the described placement or service, not an endorsement, favorable review, minimum traffic level, participation, or contest outcome.

Introductory prices, packages, capacity, and future rates may change as the service's audience, reach, demand, and reporting capabilities develop. A campaign purchased through checkout retains the price, duration, and placement terms presented for that transaction.

Campaigns stop displaying when their purchased term ends, the contest closes, or the listing is paused, unpublished, archived, or removed. Time continues to run during an organizer-requested pause and is not automatically extended. Paid services are also governed by the Promotion Terms accepted at checkout.

Acceptable use

You may not use Prize Terminal to deceive others, impersonate an organizer, publish unlawful or infringing material, manipulate community signals, distribute malware, harvest data without permission, interfere with the service, evade access controls, or promote a contest you know to be fraudulent.

Our content and marks

Prize Terminal's software, design, branding, and original editorial material belong to RootSignal LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant permission to copy the service or use our marks except as necessary to access Prize Terminal.

Third-party services

Prize Terminal links to and integrates with third-party services, including contest websites, X, Telegram, Clerk, Stripe, NOWPayments, and Resend. We are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer

Prize Terminal is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, RootSignal LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and any warranty that listings will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or result in an award.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RootSignal LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, token or asset losses, or disputes with contest organizers. Our aggregate liability relating to Prize Terminal will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid directly to RootSignal LLC during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or limit features when reasonably necessary to protect Prize Terminal, its users, or third parties, or when these Terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that are not otherwise resolved by agreement.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to hello@prizeterminal.com.
