Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including your email address, account profile, contest submissions, listing claims, reports, feedback, saved contests, entry markers, votes, and communications with us.

Authentication is provided by Clerk. If you connect an X account, we receive the account identifiers and authorization data needed to provide the requested connection. We do not receive your X password.

We may collect public information from official websites and public X posts to identify and describe contests. We also collect ordinary technical information such as request logs, browser and device details, IP address, timestamps, and security events.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, publish and manage listings, send requested alerts, review ownership claims and reports, prevent abuse, secure the service, measure performance, provide support, and improve Prize Terminal.

When authorized, Prize Terminal may use connected X credentials to publish posts or perform another action shown to the operator. Public listing information may also be distributed through Prize Terminal's X and Telegram channels.

Email and device notifications

If you subscribe to alerts, we use your email address or browser push subscription to send grouped new-opportunity, deadline, and clearly labeled promotional messages. Email alerts use a daily roundup. Device alerts use the frequency you select; even the optional live mode groups listings published close together instead of notifying once per listing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, and device notifications can be disabled from the installed app or browser settings. Transactional or security messages may still be sent when necessary to operate your account.

Analytics

Prize Terminal records limited first-party product events needed to operate listings and paid promotions, such as listing impressions, contest-page visits, official-source exits, attributable referrals from X and Telegram, placement, time, and a short-lived pseudonymous session identifier. We use these records for organizer reporting, campaign measurement, fraud review, and clearly tagged synthetic load testing. These records do not include form contents, email addresses, Clerk identifiers, connected-account identifiers, or wallet addresses.

Prize Terminal also uses Google Analytics consent mode for basic audience measurement. When analytics storage is denied, Google Analytics receives cookieless measurements without reading or writing first-party analytics cookies or persistent analytics identifiers. These requests may include ordinary request information such as the current page, referrer, timestamp, browser user agent, consent state, and a random number generated for that page load.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may use first-party analytics cookies to understand sessions, navigation, outbound clicks, and selected product events such as completed inquiry forms. We do not intentionally send form contents, email addresses, Clerk identifiers, or connected-account identifiers to Google Analytics. Reopen Privacy choices to change your analytics storage selection.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers to run Prize Terminal, including Clerk for authentication, Amazon Web Services for hosting and storage, Resend for email, Stripe and NOWPayments for payment processing, Google for optional analytics, and X and Telegram for connected publishing and public distribution. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction. We do not sell personal information.

Payments

If you purchase a promotion or another paid service, Stripe may process card payments and NOWPayments may process digital-asset payments. Prize Terminal receives transaction identifiers, status, amounts, selected assets or networks, and related billing or blockchain details, but does not store full payment-card numbers or wallet private keys. Public blockchain transactions may remain permanently visible.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain contest history, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. Retention periods vary by record type. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from email using the link in any alert, disable device notifications in Prize Terminal or browser settings, revoke connected-app access through X, or request account or data assistance by contacting us. Some public, security, transaction, and historical contest records may be retained when reasonably necessary.

Children

Prize Terminal is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as Prize Terminal changes. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date.
